Radical Antegrade Modular Pancreatosplenectomy (RAMPS) is an advanced, usually laparoscopic, surgical technique for body and tail pancreatic cancer. It involves dividing the pancreas at the neck, dissecting from left to right to achieve higher R0 (margin-free) resection rates and better lymph node harvesting compared to standard distal pancreatectomy.
